Promoting Dignity and Respect
Rachelle Hademenos is the founder of Spectrum Caregivers - an organization that assists caregivers in providing optimal care for those in need. Her personal journey began when she faced the challenges of raising two autistic children with very different needs. Through her nine-year journey, she became a local subject matter expert and was referred by her children's healthcare providers to other parents in need. Dedicated to empowering other caregivers by sharing her knowledge and expertise, she aims to empower caregivers who may be struggling to provide the best support, navigate available resources, and question their ability to set their children or clients up for success in life. Rachelle believes that caregivers deserve to know how to communicate effectively so they can lay a solid foundation for their long-term success.
An advocate of the IDEAL, Rachelle's motto is: Inclusion leads to Diversity, Equity leads to Accessibility, and Learning is the key.
Raised to have a strong work ethic, I am called to servant leadership to help empower others in creating a more compassionate and self-sufficient society. I was blessed to be a third-generation business and technology enthusiast with an insatiable appetite for continual learning. I've worked my way up and through various industries to diversify my knowledge.
I have over 25 years of business and technical skills through mentorship, study, training, service, and consulting in various industries. I've provided desktop, home, and office hardware, software, and network support, along with business, financial, operations, project management, coordination, administration, and clerical work. I've also excelled in sales, marketing, and customer service in business-to-consumer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) environments. I have managed over 100 individuals and teams of up to 30 and have engaged in formal management licensing, training, and experience since 2005.
I was ineligible to join the military due to a non-waiverable medical condition, even though I scored a 98 on the ASVAP. I was blessed to return to work in various departments with the state of Texas after struggling with the learning curve of having two disabled children and other disabled family members to care for. Due to an extended history of family and friends needing public assistance (on federal, state, and local levels), I’ve learned a great deal about many of the systems in place. I continue to strategically serve and dedicate my career toward giving back to and improving these systems for those they serve to the best of my abilities.
I am happy to offer my approximately 30 years of experience helping a wide range of people of all ages to more efficiently achieve their personal, professional, and financial goals through the systems I've curated while offering ongoing support and hope.

Rachelle is the consummate ‘servant leader.’ I have not met a single individual who personifies this title more than she does. Her insight, ingenuity, integrity, vision, and desire to serve are tremendous assets. DO NOT let her pass you without engaging.
